Quick Start Guide

๐Ÿ“ฆ Step 1: Download & Extract

Download the software package

Download EnjoyTrading_v0.1.2_zh.zip (Chinese) or EnjoyTrading_v0.1.2_en.zip (English) from the official website.

Extract the files

Right-click the ZIP file and select “Extract All”. Choose a location that’s easy to find (e.g., Desktop or D:\EnjoyTrading).

Run the software

Open the extracted folder and double-click EnjoyTrading.exe to launch the application.

๐Ÿ’ก Tip: On first run, Windows may show a security warning โ€” click “More info” โ†’ “Run anyway”. We recommend creating a desktop shortcut for easy access.
โš ๏ธ Important: Do not move EnjoyTrading.exe to a different location. It must remain in the same folder as the config directory and all other dependencies to function properly.

๐Ÿ”‘ Step 2: Configure OKX API Key

Obtain an API Key

Visit OKX Official Website, log in, and go to Account โ†’ API to create a new API key.

Set permissions

When creating the API key, make sure to enable the “Trade” permission. Set a strong Passphrase and keep it secure.

Enter details in the software

Open EnjoyTrading and navigate to the settings page to enter:

  • API Key โ€” Your API key
  • Secret Key โ€” Your secret key
  • Passphrase โ€” The passphrase you set when creating the API
๐Ÿ”’ Security Notice: Your API credentials are stored locally and never uploaded to any server. Do not share your API keys with anyone. We recommend testing with a Demo API first before switching to live trading.
๐Ÿ’ก Demo vs. Live: OKX uses completely separate API keys for demo and live accounts. Switch to “Demo trading” on OKX to get your demo API key for risk-free testing. Use the live API only for real trading.

โ“ Frequently Asked Questions

Software won’t start?

Check if your antivirus software is blocking the program. Try adding the EnjoyTrading folder to your antivirus whitelist. Also make sure all files were extracted completely and that EnjoyTrading.exe has not been moved to another location.

Failed to connect to exchange?

Verify that your API Key, Secret Key, and Passphrase are entered correctly, and that your network can access OKX. If you set an IP whitelist for the API, make sure your current IP is included in the whitelist.

What trading instruments are supported?

EnjoyTrading supports USDT-margined perpetual futures and spot trading on OKX, covering major coins like BTC, ETH, and more.
